Error can’t play music

The app hasn’t been working recently and I’m on edge to giving this app a bad rate , please fix this error!!!

If i could only have one app on my phone it would be this one!!! I’m a pro, so i don’t really remember what it was like without it but it’s only a one time payment of $4.99 so i was able to get it when i was like 12 with a gift card. i’ve been using this app for years and absolutely love the suggested section that finds songs similar to the ones you’ve recently listened to. I don’t use it, but i love that you can sync up your soundcloud and youtube playlists. if i could add one thing to this already perfect app, it would be to be able to download songs so you could listen to them offline. that’d be pretty cool although the songs are streamed so idk if that would work. other than that, this is the only app i will ever use to listen to music. i don’t really like spotify since you need to pay a subscription, so this app is an amazing alternative. thanks for reading my essay :3 tl:dr In my opinion, this app is absolutely perfect!! if i could add one thing, it’d be to be able to download individual songs with pro or something so you could listen without wifi or cellular data.

I paid to have the pro version and I wish they would refund the money because the app has too many errors, it closes itself and sometimes it does not want to play the music so I pay for nothing

It crashes way to often

It’ll get through maybe two songs and it’ll crash on me. I don’t know if this is happening to anyone else but it’s really irritating.

You guys definitely chose the right name for this app, I’m tired of playing music and my music just disconnecting and whenever I play a song it’ll just try to load and close the app. I can’t believe I spent 5 bucks to help you guys build a better app and you guys still haven’t made any progress terrible app

Crashes

After it plays 2 songs the app crashes and I have to restart the app. It’s annoying. It never used to do that. Or if I’m shuffling after 2 songs it crashes. Or if I want to play my favorite song the whole app crashes!!!! Please fix or I’ll find another music app that will b nicer to me.
