i like the app a lot but now it won’t let me listen to music when i’m off the app, it used to let me listen to music like that

It is same as youtube. I installed it on my iPhone, when I start a video and hit home button song stops playing. If i lock iphone song stops playing. Then i can use Youtube app directly.

I have been using this "line" of apps since the beginning, from I tube to PlayTube to this. It's not as good as the first two only because you cannot have it playing in the background and it will not save your music. Also the feature on PlayTube to wear you can have it on either black or white was really helpful too because I enjoyed having the black on. this is just like the other two apps but I just such it was better. it's exactly like YouTube so you might as well just use that because it has all the same features. This would an outstanding app if you could bring some of the special features back and I hope you guys really take this into consideration because PlayTube use to be my favorite app for music! It was so easy! But it has been starting to glitch and it is very irritating so since this app doesn't have back ground music I'll just go back to the radio apps since you have to pay for Apple Music and can't play YouTube in the background either. Kinda I big let down but there's other apps

I absolutely love this app, but what would make it extremely amazing is if it had like an offline mode.

Can’t not play songs while looking up stuff on phone. Can’t play music while playing games like I could on my iPhone 5c, I now have iPhone 8 & can’t do that on this phone. Cant close phone to listen to music cause the music shuts off & yes I’ve tried everything. Not happy with MusicTube
