The task in Music Catch is very simple: use your finger to collect shapes. That's it! The more shapes you collect, the more points you get. Yellow shapes give you a bonus and multiply your points, but watch out for red shapes! Purple shapes are POWER! You'll have to discover on your own what the pulsing color shapes do...
Music Catch (version 1.0.1) includes four relaxing songs from Isaac Shepard's solo-piano albums:

SPECIAL NOTES: Apple's current operating system does not offer any way for games to use the music on your iPhone. Although OS3 will allow games to play music from your iPhone, we are unaware of any way that it will allow games to analyze the music data. For these reasons, Music Catch is unable to use your iPhone music during the game.

I think you should add the same options you have in Music Catch 2 for the PC (like the direction, movement, etc.) It's a shame that the programming does not allow you to use the iPod's music. If it would, this app would be in the top 10. I like the multi-touch capability, which you obviously could not have on the computer version. It is a nice touch (pardon the pun).

I really like the app. The music is perfect. The 2 player is cool, too. However, it could be a bit more like the pc version. I liked choosing my own options and customizing my game a bit. Can you please add the shape, movement, and direction options? But, overall, great app. A really good buy. I'm very pleased with it (except the options c: )

Is hypnotizing! Or at least it feels that way. Although it needs the pc options like u can choose the direction and shape. I really like that.
