Horrible! Burnt my skin, once i contacted support asking about a refund, I got ignored, literally by both the dermatologist and customer support! Not a legitimate company!! Beware!!!
Do not order from this company

After they get your money you will not be able to get any customer support on questions or complications from the products. My card has been charged for 2 months without my permission and I did not sign up for the subscription.
Fake claim! Permanent chemical burn scared my face. No Money back!! All lies!!

I bought it based on the “money back guarantee”. What a lie!! Read the fine print it saids it is non refundable. After 2 uses my face was burning red. Discontinue immediately but I’ve gotten such bad chemical burn from the spot cream, it caused permanent scars. Contacted the support that won’t give me refund and then erased all my record. What a shady company. I’ve never looked this ugly since I started using it.
Don’t like the updates

This app is getting more and more money hungry. I had all my points taken after one update and had to message a few times to get someone to put them back. Now they take away the Tip Challenge. I loved doing that, i saved so many wonderful tips that i would have never seen without it. I cashed in all my points and am ditching the app. I used to love it, so sad
New update is trying to get rid of us

This new update is making this app not so useful and fun for me anymore. Just like other recent reviews app is a disappointment so maybe time to cash in and say “Buh-bye!”

I have concerns about the latest update of the Musely app! For example the elimination of the tip challenge, this was a great way to earn seeds, see great tips and know how many people visited the app daily. It would be great if they returned the tip challenge! Please come back the tip challenge!!!!! We have also noticed that the new update has made the tips less visible, it is very difficult to find them or know where they are! The old musely version was better in this regard.

This use to be a great app. Now I only access it to look at my old tips. They are more into selling overpriced beauty products. This is no longer the app for me. Only reason I have kept it is for my tips. Hopefully I will be able to download them before I get rid of app.
