******** How to use the app ********

No timer, it's all about the reps and isometric (exercises with no movement calculated in seconds)
> Hit start on your chosen workout
> Perform your first superset = 2 exercises in a row with no rest
> tap on the circle to validate your first superset
> rest for a minute or 2
> repeat!..

*** Important ***
Please note that you will need access to a pair of rings to execute the workouts.
Skip to next set of exercises (superset) if you can't finish the one you are currently doing, your progress will be saved and the app will then only record what you actually did, which will give you an accurate score for the workout.
Score at least 80 to unlock more difficult workouts.
