Constantly getting a “connection error” although full strength connection exists.

Very confusing. There was another app they removed that was better. Looking for 5 minutes standing at bus stop. Cannot find my route or when bus is coming . Very simple questions and I font figure it out here VS other app easy.

Does a nice job with routes and is fairly accurate with predicting bus or tram or car arrivals. Very helpful. Takes a little getting used to but effective and well done over all. Would like this combined with the ticketing app for easier toggling but small issue. Must have for our out towners trying to use the transportation system.
Custom alerts

Would love to see custom alerts that I can set for my pinned routes. Ability to send me an alert x number before arrival within a specified time frame.

The bus arrival times are wildly off compared to Google Maps times, which seem to be spot on. I’m a new user, is this app just off today?
Mostly works well but can be buggy and unreliable

App works well most of the time but have noticed it can miss some munis and inaccurately report (eg no Muni for 20 minutes and then one goes by in 5 minutes).
Awesome app! Easy to update too!

I use this app literally every day because it's so useful. And today, when Muni renamed a bunch of routes and lookups started failing, I found out you can update the list of routes from settings, so it stays current. Awesome job!

Great app, lets me know when muni is coming so that I never miss it. The countdown makes it so I know exactly how much time is needed before I need to head over to the bus stop. I would highly recommend this app
