Multisyllabic is an innovative app that is filled with two-, three-, four- and five-syllable words sorted into categories ~ people, food, transportation, U.S. States, and geography presented in fun puzzle pieces that connect as touch cues for pacing. Multisyllabic words in speech therapy can be very challenging for children with articulation disorders, apraxia, and autism spectrum disorder. It is important to break this into smaller steps, beginning with one syllable, then two, then three, and so on.
What makes this app special is the combination of tactile, visual, and auditory components, proven as the best way to target speech production. Motor sequence learning is the objective, pairing motor movements with hierarchies of stimuli. Once correct production of a word has been achieved, level two includes carrier phrases and level three has sentences for mastery.

App freezes upon entering student name

I have many apps from Abitalk. I like some better than others. I usually buy them straight away, this one is pretty pricey to purchase sight unseen. Downloaded free version and everything has frozen. I'm not likely to purchase at $12.95 until I am sure it will work. I hope it will get fixed promptly as I think the multi syllable concept is a very good idea.
App freezes once opened

I have enjoyed other apps made by Abitalk but this one is disappointing. It is not useable. I set up a student user account to keep track of progress and it freezes every time I try to open it. I'd like the app to be updated to fix problems or be given a refund for my purchase. Please fix the bugs.
Unusable users portion

I tried the free app and loved it so purchased the extended one to have more words. A disappointment in that it freezes on the user page and you can't get back to the home page. You have to delete the app and download again to get back to home page. If you don't go the users section you can use the app but their is no way to have multiple users or save data. Please fix it or refund our money.
