I had this game but I pass all the levels and I keep playing and I said the update and it was the same but had more levels like 5 more

This can be one of my favorite games but lately it has been testing my nerves. The little thing in the top right corner that controlls the way you see the car going decide that it doesn't need to do it job every 5 seconds. Also when I press some of the controlls I have to press them 5 times before they work and by then I am crashed into the railing.

Although my 5 year old can play this game, I didn't appreciate how a SIMS commercial demonstrated nothing but sexual gestures, kissing, and same sex attractions/kissing. My 5 year does not need to see this nor do I feel like I need to explain wat any of those things are. ?
