Why can’t I skip the intro

I play when I have spare time or while I’m waiting for something and I have to listen to the whole intro every time I open the app. It didn’t do this before. Very frustrating.
Used to be five stars, needs help

I have one complaint. Back in the day, with a quick tap one could skip the two minute monologue in the beginning when one opens the app. Now you’re forced to watch the entire thing before playing. Needless to say, after suffering through it a few times, no more. Until they update the app and return the ability to skip the opening, I won’t be playing. Call me petty, but seems like a quick fix and I have no clue why it was done away with in the first place.
Great game but a few problems

I love the game but the game keeps resetting my progress automatically and I cannot skip the intro anymore. Can someone fix this please?
