This game has officially became a cliqué MMORPG. It has finally turned into a 100% PTW(pay to win) with the combined server event/option. At least create a separate realm to mine crystals for non-paying members. It only takes less than an hour of playing for you to figure out that you won't ever feel like you belong In this game unless you pay for gems. Players will kill you left and right to become stronger through paying for an absolutely mediocre game, that it has fallen in. It's like every other MMORPG that are trying desperately to sustain the game. With this MMORPG as a prime example shows that MMORPGs are like what they used to be................................................................................................................................................................................................................................forgot trying to ask the players what they can add to improve the game and focus of figuring out what's wrong with it to begin with. They're way too many things that went wrong in this game. You can expect more and more less player supporter to sponsor this sorry excuse for a game. Go take some advice from MapleStory. They are slowly gearing towards their loyal players, instead of buying their players.

Please back to the old server sistem, with the merged servers system the balance was broken.

After the server merge update this game died it isnt fair for the non paying players to get mixed in with all the people that throw money into this game to get better, now merging server with more people id just stupid and unfair because theres no way anyone can catch up to these guys that pay specially if you play w/o paying

Don't play if ur broke and you enjoy whining. It's a fighting game, you get killed because you are weaker than your opponent. Anything worth having in life takes time and effort and an investment on your part. The real world....
Pluscard issue

..really cs staff?,it's really hard to find where can i fill up a form of my info for plus card issue...i pay andi load everyday but i stop because of this matter. I didn't receive pluscard item..and its hard to contact ur cs team. Wven the procedure in system-->cs-->payment issue-->and no form to fill up or where to put ur info...and sending a ticket is only for android...pls help...so I continue to load... US East/ Origin 16/ KrisX...ty and more power...

The cs should be easy to contact with. Plus the response from fb page took ages about this log in matters. Keep on posting pictures to support my questions,however, its been ignored. Some iphone users have the same issue and still no response from to whoever is responsible with..
