Doesn’t line up with face while using ipad

Doesn’t work on my iPad 7th generation. It doesn’t line up with my face at all so I was unable to use app.

So I love this app but then I got on it and I’m sick trying to send my sis a photo for her contacts of me and the filters won’t work like what?

Liked it until it stopped working. My kids love this but now the filters don’t work. Not one of them do. Very disappointing!

I had MSQRD for a long time through the middle of 2019 and my grand children and I had a ball with it. But then one day it just wouldn’t work any more. I updated, even deleted it and reinstalled it. Re-downloaded it just now and it still won’t work. What happened? So disappointed.

Amazing and wonderfully done with this app! Referred it to countless family & friends. Have enjoyed very much the many and different choices you have to select from. However, one day it stopped working. Doesn’t allow me to select a face-theme and freezes. Have uninstalled and reinstalled in hopes to fix but to no avail. Please help @ your most earliest convenience. Thank you in advance, Blessings!!!!
