Great for financial data but seller of subscriptions

AZ_Doc

This app had stability issues in the past which have been fully corrected and the watchlist financial data is excellent, however many of the sources providing articles to read are now blocking access to the article without a subscription. In essence Microsoft is teasing app users with a title and then providing a link where some of the sources are requesting a subscription in order to read the story. The app should now say "in app purchases."

5-star

Update: My watchlist disappeared on iPhone 6s after recent update. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't seem to fix it. I am sure this can be fixed. I don't know what the guy who mentioned "scare tactics article" - Pitty2004 is talking about. This is the comprehensive financial market and stock tracking app out there. Name me one other app that does same as this app. 5 star.

Great App! Horrible banner ads!

Great app! The interface is wonderful and the design is a refreshing change from the typical iOS app. Microsoft is really proving to be a savvy app maker. Too much savvy in the direction of advertising dollars is a bit unwelcome. In my watchlist - the key feature of this app in my opinion- what do I see tucked in between the rows - a pixelated WalMart banner ad. It absolutely ruined the experience. Microsoft gave up the wrong screen real estate for that one. I can’t give it a higher rating until they stop this.
