One simple fix.

It is absolutely inexcusable to force-feed us an ad when signing into a game while the game is in progress. I missed a game-winning overtime goal because of this. Seriously, we’re going to see your ads. We see them at regular commercial breaks during periods. We see them between periods. You even split-screen during breaks in-game to show us ads. Try classing up your act a bit. Show some respect for the game and it’s fans by not pounding ads down our throats at every available opportunity, to the point that it literally interferes with watching the game. Months later, and still have to sit through an ad before getting to see the game, even if the game is in progress. Downgraded to 1 star until this flagrant display of greed is done away with.
Doesn’t work with FiOS

Worked fine when I was with Optimum, cannot get the authentication to work with FiOS on multiple devices. Overall it gets the job done when it works.

This app is total garbage. Tried to watch a game to stream in my other room, and kept getting “Please check your network “ error. My network is fine - WiFi up and running and as strong as ever, with other devices running in that room and loading data quickly. Tried to tap on any other video to play and get the same error for everything. Useless app.
2020 and no landscape option for iPad Pro?!?

Unbelievably horrible app. Can’t watch the Isles playoff game because I get a network error despite having a great connection. Not like it would even matter because I can’t watch it sideways docked in my Magic Keyboard case.
If you don’t have the best wifi in the tri state area, don’t bother

App doesn’t even open if you’re not on the fastest internet in the world. 2 bars instead of 3? Don’t bother, app won’t work. LTE? Don’t bother

I feel that if you are able to download on iOS device such as an iPhone you should be able to download on your Apple TV. Have to mirror and airplay form my phone to watch games. Besides that it’s a great app.

I feel like if they allowed us to connect to google chromecast it would be a better app cause when I use Apple play it just lags the whole time

The streaming quality has improved, yet there’s still no casting feature and it’s 2020. It’s supposedly been in the works for two years. we don’t want Shirt Cannon, we just want a normal app feature. Disappointing.
