Mrs Sprat Next Doors Cat is part of the Animoolz series of interactive books, and follow up to Mr Frog the Neighbor's Dog by Wales Interactive. These are delightful topsy turvy books where the main character, in this case, a fish, masquerades as a cat. The story entails all sorts of silliness and activities. I especially like the meowing piano. Other activities teach targeting, dragging and placing objects. There are unsecured links to other apps, but no other ads, or IAPs.

The story itself is cute and silly and totally appropriate for kids (a fish pretending to be a cat is silly in itself!), with fun interactive elements to explore. At the very end there are ads for other apps from this developer, with ungated links to the App Store. A parental gate should be added, IMO.
