Update ruined it

This was a wonderful game until the last update. Now all playsets are gone and the app freezes while it tries to download them indefinitely. (The same problem is happening on their Mr Potatohead app). I've contacted their customer service and the recommended fixes don't work. Disappointing to my 5 year old, who used to enjoy these two apps. Now, they're useless.
Pretty good though not so intuitive at first

My child was frustrated by this app at first because it wasn't clear how to get pieces out of box. After we figured that out, she enjoyed this on her own and requests all the time

My sister and I love this game she is really into toy story and so I thought I would just look up toy story games and mrs. and mr. potato head came up and I loved this game !!!! Then I down loaded mr.potato head!!
It was a great app until the ads

My child was having a lot of fun until the ads started to appear, now I have to be on top of the child so she will not press any of the ads and that keeps my child restless cause I have to take the tablet every time to close the ad window.
