The Tang Dynasty, Wu Gang is a woodcutter. He is addicted to practice to be a immortal, but unfortunately he violated the law of the heaven. At last The Jade Emperor was very angry, and Wu Gang was sent to the moon. There’s a magical tree name as “Immortal Laurel ” in the moon. To relieve the guilt, only cut down the laurel. Though Wu Gang chopped day and night, the magical tree self-healing with each blow, and thus he is up there chopping still.
