I have a good phone so my phone is not the issue

I’m giving it a 4 stars because this is probably only a small issue, but whenever I try to get into the game this thingy will pop up on my screen saying that I don’t have enough storage to redownload the app? It’s not coming from my iPad it’s coming from the app. The game and story will play behind it too so it’s really weird. Also, I have enough storage i have about 3GB of storage left. I’m so confused by it.

It’s a really good game but in the newer chapters when the characters are suppose to talk there’s no voice.

I downloaded it because i read the reviews and all so I was excited to play the game. After launching and downloading the game instantly lagged and then would bug out and glitch whenever going back the main menu. Tried the repair button multiple times and redownloading but none worked. My connection is great and all other apps on my phone work perfectly. Also read other reviews and saw how the company itself isnt great.

I am in love with this game! It makes me feel like I’m in a real anime story and I love anime so I’ve always wanted to be in an anime story. It’s absolutely amazing! When I first started this app i expected the worst because my mom started playing it and then starting simping over them so I just expected them to be ugly but once I saw them like WOWWWWW THEY ARE HOT nice character development because these are!! The story line is great, but then they replaced all of the voice actors with new ones because Taiwan is a country and China doesn’t agree… Communist much? I paid money for all of the content voiced by specific actors, not these new guys. Not sure if I’ll get a refund, I doubt it. But it was quite the shock to be gone for a few months due to my masters program and then come back and learn the voice actors were fired over an inconvenient truth. Well as a Native American, there are many inconvenient truths I get to face everyday. Then in the official Discord channel, you can’t bring it up or discuss how not happy you are with the decision because it’s a rule and will get you thrown out. I haven’t decided if I’m going to keep playing the game or not - I don’t believe in silencing anyone for any reason because it literally happened to my ancestors and my grandparents at the Indian Schools. I do know I won’t be spending another dime on this game from here on out. And if I do keep playing, I’m turning off the sound. I started playing right after the American voice package was released and I don’t want to listen to bunch of guys pretend to be the originals. Also, fixing the constant glitching and crashing would be appreciated. The lag is also getting annoying too.

As someone who has been playing this game for a couple years now I will say that I love this game. The story line is really good, the cards are AMAZING, the dates are 10/10 the best ever, and you can customize your Home Screen with your favorite character and what not. This game has a ton of pros in my opinion but recently I feel as if the experience has been going down hill. The change of the voice actors is RUINING the experience completely for me. I just can’t come to terms of logging into the game and hearing Victor or Gavins voices being changed. It’s to the point that I’m about to stop playing this game cause it’s just not the same anymore. Sure this is probably a minuscule thing, but to me it makes all the difference and the new voices don’t even match the characters!!! It’s just so off putting. I used to live playing this game SO MUCH. But now I can hardly look at it, let alone open the app up because of the new voice changes. It’s sad to say this, but I’m probably going to stop playing altogether because of this and not to mention there have been a few money grab events going on and I’m just not about that. I loved this game but the experience is continuing to be ruined for me.

i’ve recently caught up on all the chapters currently out on the EN server, and boy oh boy is it a rollercoaster. i did not expect that a game i picked up during quarantine last year would be able to give me both the butterflies and feel like my heart is being ripped out of my chest. the story takes a dark turn as you further progress, but there are hints of this even from the very beginning. thankfully there are dates where most of the romance is found in, as the main story focuses a lot more on the supernatural plot. pertaining to the love interests, i will say there were two i didn’t particularly like at the beginning due to how they acted or how suspicious they felt, but now i surprisingly like every LI that isn’t my fave boy (which is gavin, absolute best boy). i have cried for all of the boys and how much they have gone through, how much they have suffered and still push through for love, and how much their love for MC means to each of them. also how much their pasts have shaped their ideals, their fears.. it’s beautiful and heartbreaking, and it makes it hard to not stick around to know what happens. i also now appreciate that each boy is distinct and falls into different tropes to appeal to a wide audience, but that they break those stereotypes the more you get to know them in the story but more importantly through their dates and rumors&secrets. i also want to say i appreciate that even though the MC isn’t what many picture as “strong” and that she can be a bit reckless and naive, she still pushes through despite being weak, and she’s 10x braver than i’ll ever be if i was suddenly thrust into a world of danger like how she was. regarding the art, it’s gorgeous! with the current events that happen now, the improvement in the karmas (cards) has gone up so much, you can really see the difference and i’m really excited for the future karmas to come! there is a gacha element to obtaining karmas, however not every event is a wish tree (gacha) and you can save up gems and coupons for the karmas you really wanted. when there is a wish tree event, there is a redeem system in place so if you save enough for a redeem, you’ll always get the boy you want, and so far in my experience i’ve never not gotten at least one or two of the event karmas before i hit 144 (the number of pulls to redeem) so that i end up with at least 2/4 or 3/4 of the event set. and then if you’re a f2p or low spender, there are plenty of ways to obtain cards for free in the game such as in the box office, as well as there being free karma events every now and then. i will say the JP voice actors were a huge draw for me at the beginning since i’m a fan of quite a few of them, and i particularly love lucien’s voice, i think it fits him really well. while i primarily play using the JP voices, i do appreciate that there is also EN voices as well, i don’t see that often for otomes. however i do hope the CN voices are added eventually, i would gladly reread everything just to hear the voices of wei wuxian & lan wangji in this game and not by watching the dates etc on youtube. i also want to say i love the music, especially that the LIs each have their own theme song, birthday song, and mini-house song, i think that’s a very nice touch. wow this really is a wall of text lol. guess i’ll end by saying i never thought i’d be this emotionally invested in a game, and it really is a comfort game for me, where i sometimes even reread dates if i’m having a bad day. can’t wait for season 2!
