Keeps shutting down

I would give this five stars if it didn't constantly kick us out of the app during play. It is very frustrating for my toddler. I wished it would have done that during the free mode but it only started after i paid for the full package. Very disappointing. Please fix the problem.

I play this with my niece and we LOVE it but it just crashes and closes a lot and we have to constantly open it over again
