ONE MAJOR PROBLEM. >>Read this!<<

One MAJOR problem is that it doesn't store messages after so many days. The reason that's truly a significant issue is that the entire system operates through the message thread. For my team of board members, we work quarterly. We met together and pulled up moxtra to access last quarters notes/documents/goals/budgets/pdf's/meeting minutes/team pages/ etc., And found them all gone. Only the most recent material remained. This wa a huge loss to our team and quite frankly our organization. Keeping records is integral to collaboration. How can moxtra justify clearing them?

Our company use Moxtra pro version and all our co-workers love it! Nicely done & easy to use!!! @SpotiMe - We initially started with the free version that has a limit to go back to last 90 days of data, once we upgrade to the pro version we were able to see all the data beyond 90 days.

The app is very good at doing what it says it does. The free version is pretty good. But, since they don't list the premium prices anywhere you have to request an email with pricing. Before you get locked into this app with your team get that email so you what it will cost should you need the premium services.

Can't even VIEW my data I created over 90-days ago?? So you are telling me NOW that all my data is lost to me unless I pay you money?! I was actually thinking of upgrading to Pro version when I'd started using the app more, but now I most certainly won't! What a trap! This should be illegal.

I was introduced to Moxtra a couple of months ago to use for an online accountability group. So far, it has been a great user and experience and I have nothing negative to say about it. Thank you for such a great tool!

I did extensive research on different file sharing/calendars/workchats/project management programs and Moxtra is the very best. My job consists of juggling multiple projects for multiple people and facilitating collaboration between them, and it wouldn't be possible without Moxtra! And it's free!!
