I liked it but they locked me out for no reason

I’ve played moviestarplant for almost 9 years now and I was so excited for moviestarplanet 2!! I made an account and I bought the cheapest vip package and then I tried to log on today and it tells me I’ve been locked out forever. I’m so confused because I’ve never gotten a warning or anything, and I don’t think I’ve done something wrong and even when people have been rude to me I’ve been nice to them back. Like if I did something wrong I would at least like to know what it is.

Okay so I got this game again it’s been awhile but yeah so I brought vip and it charged me 2 times if your in the 10+ category it might be good for you there is some dating stuff but just don’t listen too then this can be a money drainer but it is a time waster I like this game I think it’s pretty good y’all should buy it if you want too reach me my user: lolikobuttercup1 have a good day :)

You guys should let us create our own clothes and then put it in a shop for sell basically let us become creators as well by clothes wise.It would make a huge update on MovieStarplanet2.wouldn’t you guys love to see our ideas clothes wise.plz do it because it would make such a huge change for MovieStarplanet and it could also bring to people who buy clothes from the creators no star coins included.

so typically i buy the one month or one week vip for only 3.99 so 4.00 but it tried taking $28 dollars from my bank account and now i can't even play because i can't pay for it to be redownloaded. i also couldn't update it

This game is glitched it has removed my account that I had already purchased yet let me keep my login username and password so I purchased more coins so I can restart all over yet nothing that I purchased is going into my closet yetttt money is being taken out!!!!!!!!

I used to play the first game it had so much too do a lot of fun stuff, I love this one too but it has its downsides to. They are way too many hackers on the game right now. My looks in this game had 1000s of like then someone hacked the system and now someone is funneling my likes out of my account to their own. ? I’ve made so many good friends and spent my hard earned money on this game only for the hackers to mess around and make the game not worth playing anymore. Please fix the bugs soon and get a better hold on the people who are making the game less fun for us
