This app is my favorite app to watch movies on I mean I’ve had a bug that I tried to start a movie and a notification would pop up within the app not allowing me to start any of the movies I had I’m not really sure why it happened or what it said because it hasn’t happened in a long time but I wish there was more movies on the app

You know if you can at least make some of them free it would been batter and you know not all parent spend money on online appsSpecially movie apps so try to improve at least

No reason not to have this app. Make sure you pay once for your title and only once. Just wish the last couple of major hold out studios would finally come aboard.
IOS bug???

Both my husband and I have IPhone 11’s. When we hook up our phones with the lightening cable the movie completely shuts off. Because this is happening on both phones, it must be an IOS bug? We’ve been using this app for several years and this is the first issue we’ve had. I’ll change my review to 5 stars if someone from the development team can fix this! Thanks
Broken Features

I’ve been using the desktop version of Movies Anywhere for a couple of years now. The service generally works pretty well, and links to iTunes pretty well. I got the app so that I could scan codes into my account rather than have to type them in. Unfortunately, the “Scan” feature of the app is completely broken. It’s pretty disconcerting that a company that I have so many digital titles with can’t even get a code scanner to work on their app.

I live it. ?It is a great way to collect your favorite movie from different companies such as Apple TV Google tv Microsoft TV and more by link all those account together in one place so it is easy to have access to all of your movie in one place. ?
Great app gone to crap

Use to be a piece of cake to put in a redemption code, now you click on redeem at the bottom of the tool bar and it take you to a icon with a dvd disk and what supposed to resemble a paper that have a code on it. But where the heck do you add a code at now? Why do you have to screw with a app that works fine the way it was? I’ve been with Movie Anywhere from the very beginning as a loyal user. But looks like it’s going to come to a end now if I can’t redeem my codes!
Account connection is annoying

I accidentally made a second account since I forgot I already had one. I like having all my digital copies on my Apple TV account. I read you have to use your Apple ID email in order to connect it to this app. So I do not understand why it didn’t inform me I already had an account with that email when I made the second one…now I can’t connect the new one to my iTunes cause it says I already have an account connected. So I cannot connect the movie I just redeemed on the new account to my Apple TV account. This is frustrating and not user friendly since, after searching the internet, there is no solution to this issue. UPDATE: Customer service was great. They reached out and fixed the issue for me.
Room for improvement

I’ve purchased entire seasons of shows on other platforms and wished everything would transfer. I feel like the app should at least connect to Disney+. My kids always choose Netflix or Disney+ over the movies anywhere app and it doesn’t even have all my digital downloads. The one good thing I like is it was able to get all my movies into my iTunes library.
