Unable to watch movie in app

So I rented a movie threw the app. Witch I have Verizon Fios and was able to link that up, to watch movies on the T.V. That’s awesome. However, after renting a movie witch should have up popped up in the app and I could of watched it in my T.V. I could not find the movie I rented. I was charged for it and was I not able to watch it because it did NOT come up. I reached out to customer service, since you know I want to watch the movie I rented. All I got was the run around on how I did not purchase the movie threw them. They are the only service I use. Will no longer buy any movies from them. If you looking to watch a movie you rented, don’t use this app. If your looking to have good customer service who is helpful, don’t use this app

Now all my movies I have bought over the years are shared on all platforms! I cant believe this doesn’t have a monthly fee.
Still a broken service

Still can’t get this thing working at all. I get to the place where it says “Have you synced your accounts?” And I click on the account to sync and it pops up a window where you can do absolutely nothing. This is perhaps the WORST service I have ever used in my entire life and it still hasn’t worked in over 6 months and I have not been able to use it at all and the star rating is proof that this company could care less about we the consumers and the fact that nothing has been fixed is even further proof. Deleting this horrible service immediately and I would invite everyone else to do the same. It is an absolutely joke. Can’t sync any service. Can’t do anything. Only thing this is good for is taking up space on my iPad. That’s it. Well, not anymore. Bye bye, joke of a company.
