Theaters near me broken

Whenever I click showing near me, it just returns an error. I am on LTE with location services enabled for MovieFone. Everything else works fine (browser, maps, YouTube). I am using an iPhone X.
Not weasy to use

It is just not very intuitive - should be able to find a movie then see where it’s playing - sound simple and perhaps the company thinks that is how it works, but using the app is not that simple...
What happened to this APP?

Moviefone used to be my go to APP, it it no longer shows the AMC theaters in my zip code. Then to add insult to injury, when I search on the theater name, you say you can not find it. Trying to insert a different zip code other than my own is a challenge. Flixster was a bit easier to use.
Constantly freezing

App is constantly freezing and crashing on my IPad Air. Tried closing and rebooting, with no change. Can’t even get into the feedback section to send a trouble report (and the “app support” icon takes me to the generic AOL website). This used to be a great app.....
