Black screen, no movies or shows come up

I hate giving this app one star but it’s because I just downloaded this for the first time and I can’t even watch anything because there’s just a black screen. Is there a fix for this? If there is I would surely update this to a better rating.

I have tried to get this app to work for 4days straight. I tried cellular and WiFi, but it all results in just failure. I give up on trying to get this app to work for me and will just stick to my other working apps for my source of entertainment. For those that DO get the app to work, I’m glad that it a least works for someone and hope they enjoy all the movies.

There’s no sound no matter which show/movie i play, please resolve. Other than that app is worth 5 star.
