Trying to start but having no luck

I just downloaded this today to try to play and I am not even able to get past the tutorial. When prompted to create an account, obviously the Facebook login is disabled for iOS13 and newer, so I went to the website to create an account. After account creation, I am not able to use my credentials to log in to the game, and keep getting an error that something went wrong and I need to relaunch. Really hoping to be able to change my review soon, I’ve been looking forward to playing this since I downloaded earlier today!

It’s a fun little idle game, but the glitching is getting more and more frustrating. It feels like 1 in 5 rounds “something [goes] wrong” and I not only lose the mouse I was trying to catch but ALL of the particular cheese I had equipped. I had 15 pecan pecorino wipes out once this way all because I forgot to disarm the cheese before closing out of the app. If I have it disarmed then I don’t lose anything, but then I don’t get the bonus rounds either. It also seems like when it glitches then I don’t get any of the bonuses either... hopefully this gets addressed soon.
Seems like a fun game but

Got the tutorial portion done and was actually looking forward to playing this game but now every time I try to load it, I get stuck on the “building your camp” portion of the loading bar and therefore can’t play..
Kicked me off the app and won’t send me my information

I have been playing this game for a while now. I downloaded it onto my phone and it just randomly signs me off the app. I try to sign back in and I can not. I put forgot my email/password and then was sent to my email. Such a shame, I really enjoyed this game.

First 20 minutes ive played was alright, but then i got booted from the game and cant even log in now. So trying to get help here

I’ve been playing this game for the last 10 years and have yet to grow bored or tired of it!! It’s definitely the type of game where you can actively play or check in on very quickly once or twice a day.
