After updating this app it no longer works and till this day sep 2018 this app fails to work never lets me login to get my paid subscription.

This has been an ongoing problem since the first version of this App. If you are a print subscriber, and are trying to access the add-on digital version, the app requires you to reinstall for every single month. This is a garbage user experience. The development team should be fired for allowing this basic use case to *still* be a problem.

Not wow in a good way either. This is a media company that produce a worth while app for viewing their content. Logging in as a print subscriber somehow doesn’t give you access to the issues. One month it’s a different issue.

Print subscriber- can’t download magazines

I am not able to download the latest issue of the magazine, even though I was able to download in previous months. I only get the Buy/Preview/Subscribe buttons, and my subscription hasn’t changed or expired. It is more convenient downloading it from my library’s app- at least it is consistent and reliable (free, too).

After numerous attempts my renewed print subscription is still not being honored in the app.

I can’t stand that it asks me to restore purchases every time I open the magazine. I often do t receive new issues without deleting the app and reinstalling every month. The content is outstanding but the functionality is very inconsistent. Randy Pobst is a rock star too.

Every month it forgets your a subscriber. Even though your logged in. Log out & back in & now Password not recognized. Change password & new one not recognized either. Don’t use this app. Stick with the paper magazine.
