Unlock bikes and ads feature does not work

I purchased the unlock all bikes and also remove ads. I was charged for both and neither worked! Not a happy customer, won’t be making this kind of purchase again!?

We also tried to pay to have the ads removed and all bikes unlocked, but it never happens. The money comes out though! False advertising. Scam.

I just purchased ALL the bikes in the game. And I got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL! Why did this happen?? I get XP very rarely! Awful game. ???

Got this game for my son. He really liked playing it, so I spent the money to unlock all the bikes for him. After I purchased it, it still said they were all locked. Tried purchasing again 2 more times and still nothing!! So... Guess I just gave people money for nothing??? I'd change this rating if this problem could be fixed. Sad because my son really wanted to play this game.
