Along the way, battles are fought against enemies, after which, the party receives experience points for victories. If enough experience points are acquired, a character's level will increase. This increases the character's attributes, like strength, defense, and health.
Instead, the world is entirely seamless, with no differentiation between towns and the outside world. Another non-traditional element is the perspective used for the world. The game uses oblique top down projection, just like a retro RPG.

I Will Pay $1 For This Awesome Game To Have No Ad Support & Just For A Future Update I Noticed That When You Continue The Game The Screen Controls Don’t Pop Up Making It Unplayable Which Means I Have To Start A New Game & I Was Already 20 Mins In & Loving It, Please Release This Game With No Ads & Fix The Minor Bugs & Glitches In The Game

If you like boring final fantasy turn based compare and random encounters with none of the charm of an Earthbound/MOTHER game, then this is for you. It has potential, such as the great art and animations, but lacks in simple areas like the small buttons for controls, the odd overworked travel, random encounters, and complete lack of a story or plot hook. I encourage the developer to spend more time on making the game unique and interesting, as the presentation is good, but the game itself is lacking.

Sometimes it won’t let me leave when am buying something in the beginning, the controllers are a little wired but I see where it’s going so I support it, please update that’s all :D

It was going ok at first until I talked to the guy at the shop and when I was chose the option to see his items it showed a black screen saying to buy something worth 30g but no option to exit out of that. Then when I exit out then return to the game I spawn at the save point but the buttons on the screen are no longer there so I was unable to move at all. So then I started a new game again and talked to the shop guy and then immediately pressed the quit button and went to back to the house to which I am then sent to recruit Hollis to get the magic truffle but then after Hollis stopped talking the screen faded black for a second and then all the buttons were gone and was unable to move again.

It looks like a neat little game... except the bugs won’t let us play it. When you quit the game after saving, the controls are gone and you can’t move. There’s a glitch with the shop words.
