Cyberstalking and torment

Hi I’m James Beshears and I have been tormented and harassed by a few weman for three years with his or hers app or most app with a pitch up that I can hear but most people can’t. The whistle this or these cell phone are sending out causes all five of the human senses to go crazy pain , muscle ,spasms , nervousness , anger and hysteria. It is being used here in this county as a tool to sexually assault me my wife and several other of the county that know what it is. These weman torment me while I work while sleep I can’t eat without choking and there is a constant ringing if y’all can help me get this stopped I’d hug your neck I’m about to stress out from the harassment 24/7 . The weman doing this to use is locked in jail at the mcminn county justice center in Tennessee Michelle and christy richison or Richardson a a couple of the people doing this I tried tell the law and cos at the justice center they act like I’m crazy because that cand hear the pitch up or freqency they are using. I cannot make this app work. The instructions are a single paragraph per option but nothing makes sense. The email address for support is defunct. Highly recommend not paying for this app until they update instructions and support email.
