Not worth the headache.

I expected so much and was let down SO SO SO hard! Order showed up quickly but was wrong. Two photos in the book were not cropped as they were in the preview I approved an paid for. There was a delay in sending me a corrected version. And apparently the 4 day delivery promise does not apply to reorders for errors on their part. Photos in book are not the hugest of quality. In all honest for the error on their part, not so good quality of the pics in the book, and sub par customer service I think it's priced to high and just not worth the headache.

This is by far the easiest and highest quality mobile to photo book app. The quality is seamless, delivery is quick and I've ordered many. I do wish they had a reward program or something or bulk discount.

I spent a long time creating a photo book, trying twice, Mosaic got stuck, and started from the beginning. There's no way to save a draft. I give up. This was supposed to be simple.

My kid has been thru hell & high water. Widowed before age 35 is just ONE event! She recently pulled her life together; new house/car/job/friends and went on a Caribbean cruise this summer. I had some photos of that and art from a coloring book app taking up space on my phone -- so I thought I'd surprise her by creating one of these mosaic books for her. It made her cry! She took it to work like a brag book! The $30 they charge for the production is NOTHING compared to how happy I was able to make my daughter! THANK YOU, MOSAIC TEAM!???❤️

Mosaic is a nice app and I just sent my first book out. You have to send your book out after working on it. The app doesn't allow for any saving, so you can't save your work and go back to it later. Even so, this is a good app, easy to use with quick turn around. I also really like the cover. I recommend it for anyone wanting a high quality book done.

Very pleased with the quality of the four books I've ordered. Easy to do and love the packaging. The books are a nice way to remember a happy event. I had a tiny problem with the last book, my Visa card on file had expired. The support help solved the problem quickly and my book arrived on time.
