As a Realtor I appreciate how quick & easy this app is to quote a monthly mortgage payment. I like that there is the option to change from annual to quarterly taxes/insurance & I like there is a pmi percentage tab as well. Every Realtor should download this app!

Nice app- you can enter downpayment as $ or %, Shows PITI, MI, Insurance, and HOA. you can also configure the data used. You can even stack to payment options and compare. If recommend adding an option to show a break down of the payment or lumpsum etc.

I've been using this app periodically since I downloaded it and I find it very useful since I'm in the market to purchase a home. The app helps me to figure out costs and to apply them to my buying power. Great tool! Easy and very versatile.
