Mortgage Analyzer takes an easy to understand, single-page approach to helping you analyze how different loan options (Fixed Rate or ARM) or Payment Options can impact your mortgage. In fact, we designed the app with a believe you shouldn't have to be a finance professional to analyze your mortgage.
Mortgage Analyzer features include:

The iPad version fits on a single screen and is designed to be intuitive to use with onscreen help for every field and color coded functional areas to help you easily navigate the tool.
The iPhone version use a similar intuitive interface but uses multiple screens because of the iPhone's smaller screen size.

App has some very cool features like graphing and extra payments but is missing important fields like down payment, taxes and homeowners' insurance which are essential for figuring out what you will REALLY be paying each month.

Good app but it is limited in its usefulness. It needs PMI and property tax to be worked in. After using this app I still need to use something else to get the whole picture of what a mortgage will cost. I love the extra payment feature this one has

The system design and set up is very nice and clear. Download it and use it! You will delete all other similar app as I did.
Exactly what we were looking for

Great program, has now taking place of my excel spreadsheet. Used today while presenting options in a meeting. A few questions were raised and I was able to plug figures and get results for the white board. Not as easy with my lapslop. (Laptop)

Handles exactly the functions I needed. Easy to operate. I had a small glitch in the amortization display when I ran an ARM study. A reinstall resolved the issue.
