Crashes in FW, relic score doesn’t reset

Don’t get me wrong. It’s a beautiful game, visually. But u can play for 2-3 days before you hit a wall (I’m up to level 25 in just 3 days). I know the goal for the creators are to make money, but give us more than a couple days of playing before we are just stuck. Doesn’t matter how hard you grind either. I’ve been grinding nonstop just to see how far you can get without spending money. You will be stuck on a tower with no hope of passing it without paying real money for characters. And unless you do the quick match online, you will always face players you can’t beat (after the first few days, first few days are fair matchups). And don’t get your hopes up trying to beat the special levels they have (complete ALL of them and get a good player), because you have to have characters you pay for to even do half of the battles. And not just 1 or 2. But multiple teams of characters that you have to pay for. If u just need a filler for a weekend, play this game. Just for the visuals and because it’s Mortal Kombat. Just don’t get your hopes up. Honestly this should just be a 10$ game and they let you unlock characters easier during play. 20$ per player is insane. And that’s not even an evolved version of the card. Just the base card.

I like the game I really do but.... 1.) it keeps resetting my progress when I redownload it. Before I delete it I make sure I’m signed in to my WBID. 2.) It’s started to sign me out on its own. 3.) I haven’t violated any of the terms of service so why is my account suspended?

I found 2 funny and annoying bugs in this version. 1. when you are fighting against a team which has Diamond Goro and when it returns after you killed him, if you kill him again the game jumps out! note that he must be returned and also he should be the last opponent that you kill in your opponent team. I tried many times on my iphone 7 and ipad pro. 100% app jums out and every progress in game is missed. 2. sometimes when you bring Punk Cassie Cage in fight ((it should be in middle of fight not at first)) she miss the way she do power drain the opponent. I mean you don’t see her to knee and power drain. She just stand and look the opponent. It doesn’t matter how much you try, she won’t do any basic or special attack. also you cannot tag her out.the only way to relief is to wait for opponent to kill her and then automatically your next fighter comes in field and you are able to continue that battle. below is my comment for previous update: unfortunately this new updates include many bugs for example Diamond Gor comes back with 50% of health but nothing works! neither my characters nor the Diamond Goro! and some times Diamond Goro comes back for third time and in third time both sides of battle just look each other! there no damage possible and only option is to “Quit” that match! or, I have Dimond Eron Black and when he tags out and do the covering fire, the rifle is visible floating on the air and shoots! and some times Diamond Eron Black is frozen at the left side of battle field while I’m continuing with my next fighter ! or, when Kitana tags out and I’m fighting with next character of opponent, I can see Kitana in the right side of my iPad screen!

I haven't played this game in two years because I got bored with its redundancy. So about two months ago I decided to play it again. I was just starting to get into it again and then for some unknown reason my account was suspended from Faction Wars. I thought it might be a glitch. I tried to follow the directions for support. I still have not heard anything and it is still not fixed. Please fix this. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Maybe posting a public review will get your attention. I’ve sent requests multiple times to WB Games and App Support to try and ask why Faction Wars continues to crash midway through gameplay!! You lose your progress, you lose your potential rewards...everything. How about trying to fix current gameplay issues instead of creating new features?! That would only seem obvious.

Grind souls for maxed out duplicates. It will be fun they said. For how much they put into this game, they can't fix something as simple as not getting a card that's now worthless. You should get to go again. It's so stupid and rigged to make you spend money. Plus I've played the game for two years on and off and you give us equipment we already have, or level up cards as a "reward." Or is that only based on time played this faction season. I think you guys are putting forth a subpar product purposely with ill intent. If you're reading this, seriously, you may be better off playing any other app. Because sadly this one will continually disappoint you. Oh and still not one diamond card, and those packs are all I spend my souls on. This game is not rewarding. It's all just a constant tease/facade to keep you enticed and inputting money so they can continue to taunt you with the idea of a more fun game. Yet again, I'm seriously ticked off with the continued direction of this game. New addition: 800 souls in this "sale" and I literally got a single gold card. The rest were all duplicates. The only way I get good drop rates is by being high on faction wars leaderboards. Yet I don't always have time to keep up with FW's. Like I literally see ronin kenshi and I undead Johnny way too frequently. They're trying to make the game better yet it's more like just a continual tease to keep you hoping like mentioned earlier. I have only seen one diamond card drop. Its absolutely outrageous and bogus how flawed this game is. MKX blows ???
