I'm trying so hard to support this company but Lord, the rates are SOO high.. every other app, the trip is 6 dollars but here it's 10.99.. every other app the trip is 16 dollars but here it's almost 35.. please work out these prices. I love this and want to support but I think I'm speaking for the bulk of consumers when I say that these prices are way too high and that this is typically the reason why people don't support, sadly ?

I wanted to like this app but it is not functional as a ride share app. It says it works in dc so I downloaded it. I was able to set pick up but not destination. I wasn't sure if I was too far out so I moved to pick up to different parts of the city but still no destination option. There is no FAQ section with an explanation beyond the initial sign in explanation. It looks good but doesn't work! :(

I making an assumption as the reason why you can't request a ride is because it isn't available in your city yet.

I was interested in this app as an alternative to big (and plainly unethical) players like Uber and Lyft. In its infancy, the app has an interesting interface but isn't as intuitive as it could be. The real problem, however, is that there's simply too few drivers in their network—in all honesty, I still haven't successfully executed a ride. Even in midtown Manhattan, I can't get a car in the evening or on a weekend afternoon. I've experienced this with other up-and-coming cab apps, and the bold ones always got better at expanding service. I hope the same for Moovn.

Simple and easy. Booked me a ride 2 weeks in advance and set a time and it was there when I arrived. Really great app

Every. Single. Time I have opened the app all I see is NO CARS. I live in Brooklyn Heights, in EVERY other app there is an abundance of cars available at almost any time of the day. I'm not deleting yet because I honestly want to give this app a chance & want it to become my go to and become a major player... but what is a gal to do when you're just not giving me any other option but to go elsewhere? Maybe take it off the market and relaunch when it's actually ready?

I think it’s a great app but ever since I started using the timedpickups app I have seen more improvements there. They also have better features than moovn!
