Misled about the validity of the boost program. When i describes the work i did to their outbound sales person, they didn’t mention that the service was promoting services such as clearing trash and hanging chandeliers or ceiling fans. The service misrepresented itself and unfortunately upsold me into a worthless service.

Not one job, not one honest statement from their office.

In the 15 months of having a membership on this app, I haven't had one paying job from anyone or any company on this app. It's been so unreliable, even their CEO had a conversation with me a few months ago, where I agreed to take down a bad review and he and his team would help me get jobs and learn how to use their extremely confusing and, up to now, useless app. Since then, I took the reviews down, but have not been contacted or consulted or given any follow-up about anything. The reality is nothing changed and it was a rouse to get me to delete bad reviews. Sorry bud, but lies and bad apps have no place on my world.

App is intercepting URL calls from all apps

I doesn’t matter what is being called, this app is intercepting the URL calls. For example, instead of opening the email application when I clicked the “App Support” link, it wanted to open Moonlighting. Another example, I got an email for an ecommerce site and I clicked to see the daily specials and it opened moonlighting. I will need to delete this application until it gets fixed.

Great tool for finding help. I use it all the time.

As compared to other freelancing platform, this app is easy and open. Able to find service providers easily in my area without going through a 20 step process. I love Moonbeam for seeing service providers around me, which helps making a decision on who can respond quickly.

Thanks to Moonlighting my wife and I have extra time to hang out with our son. It has never been easier to find quality, trustworthy, and reasonably priced professionals to help with everyday chores such as painting, cleaning, putting toys together and even writing invitations for our son’s first birthday . I highly recommend giving it a try!!!

I used moonlighting to find a baseball hitting instructor in my area and was able to get in contact with him via this app! I’ve continued to use it throughout as an effortless way to pay the instructor after each session. I will definitely continue to use moonlighting in the future .. 5 stars!!

Helpful for freelance and side jobs

I signed up with the free version and think it’s great. I’m a budding photographer, and I use this space to find local requests for shoots. You can never have your name out there enough, hey! I also created a Moon$hot Story when that feature came out, in which I asked for support from the community to help me buy a new lens. I was able to raise $425 in donations, and I’m so very appreciative to those kind people. Also appreciative to Moonlighting for having a platform to receive such funding. My only constructive criticism at this point is that the upload photo quality needs to be improved. Since I’m advertising my work and skill level to potential clients, obviously I want the best possible image to be displayed. Apart from the photography aspect, I’ve found want ads for multiple side jobs that would be easy do and make extra cash. Once I have a bit more time, I fully intend to follow up on these. $60 to cut a grandpa’s small yard? YES PLEASE ;)
