I love this app to death! I love seeing the phases the moon is currently in but I also enjoyed getting the random notifications it would give out. I no longer get them and despite uninstalling and reinstalling, turning notifications on and off, I still don’t get them. but still a wonderful app! doesn’t make it anywhere near bad :) ❤️

Simply the best

This app is loved by so many people! There is an intriguing, magical quality with this app. It expresses the quintessential, reassuring constancy-while-changing of the moon itself.

Out of sync

Sadly the app is out of sync with both my other astronomical app, and my fiancé’s moon app (iPhone as well). So, is the full moon tonight or tomorrow...?

This app was pretty cool I’ve had it for a long time and I always got weird notifications and every time I clicked on it nothing would happen. But today was different. They just updated so notifications work for everyone and it brought me to the weirdest YouTube video. It’s just a weird song with a weird voice saying things like “I am comfortable letting go” or some weird thing like that I don’t remember I didn’t watch the whole thing. It gave off mad brainwashing and hypnotic vibes so no thanks. Also I just leaned if you shake your phone in the main screen you’re able to make music with the stars but again It’s really really weird and it has this background noise also a lot of hypnotic vibes. There’s plenty of moon phase apps out there. Don’t get this one. I don’t know what they’re trying to do but I do not want to find out.

In general this is a fine, simple app. Every now and then they spam you with notifications that link to random YouTube links instead of anything lunar related. Seems okay to use but be sure to disable notifications.

This app was good until it started sending me very strange notifications. But what made me delete it and write this review was as I was eating dinner, I got a motif from the app saying “what’s for dinner dude?” This was very creepy and I deleted it.
