can’t get past the opening scene

I’m not the type to get excited over a noble game, but this game surely deserves a lot of praise, I tap in here at least once a day and I’m pleasantly surprised each time

I wanted so badly to love this game, BUT I can’t even play it! I open the game and I can’t get past the opening scene. It just keeps playing on a continuous loop. I’ve tried everything, updating my phone, deleting the app and redownloading, closing out the app, I tried clicking on “App support” on the app’s page in the app store, but it takes you to a page in japanese on the app developer’s website. The page is all in japanese and it just a page with job postings. @ poppin games please fix this app I want to play it so badly

I think the scale of the farming items is a little steep - it goes from little time to a lot of time very quickly. But there’s so much to do. I absolutely love the style and it feels so immersive.
Easier way to get Rubies

I wish there was an easier way to get rubies other than paying. It is hard to get decorations in the game without buying more rubies, and the decorations are half the game experience.
