Please fix this app. Last semester it worked wonderfully and now i can’t do anything in it. It won’t authenticate!!!

He instalado la app en varias oportunidades pensando que había algún problema con la instalación de la misma, pero aún así sigo teniendo problemas para ingresar, se queda congelada al iniciar, justo en la parte de aceptar la política de uso...quisiera saber cómo hago para solucionarlo?
UI update for the sake of the update

Moodle is useful as a student, and pretty ,much compulsory, and while the previous UI layout was a bit difficult to handle - this one is way worse. The relevant content is less approachable and you need 3-5 more taps to get to where you usually go. The top menus are a nice idea but it would’ve been nicer had I been able to just scroll through them. Having courses as the last option makes it difficult to get around to what you really need, and hiding the sections in each course to another menu you need to open is just useless. This isn’t a UX improvement, it’s a downgrade, big time. There’s a lot more work that needs to be done.
Low quality is affecting our student experience

Our students are complaining the the app is difficult to use and in some cases they get booted out without warning. I know Moodle is a volunteer community but it looks like this version needed more QA. It’s frustrating when they come to us and we have to tell them there’s nothing we can do. Please address or roll back to the previous version.

This last upgrade has made this app very cumbersome. It was much better before. It is difficult to navigate and find what you need.
Potential for a great app

I’m using the app to stay up on my assignments while traveling, but it is really cumbersome. If I open an attachment, I have to completely leave the app and go back in to get out of the attachment when it is displayed in the app. Also, why does the app keep asking me to download the app?
Was great until this last update made it totally useless

I loved this app before this last update... having it made checking my homework easy. Since this last update, I can no longer even get to my courses... I click “access classes here” on the dashboard and it just reloads the dashboard over and over. Can you please undo whatever “improvements” you made in this update?
