I couldn't be more pleased with this app. Periodically, new drawings are added and it makes a wonderful gift for the new parent or pet owner. The animation and sound are so engaging that, even as an adult, you can't help but smile at Pia Olsen's quirky little menagerie.

This is a simple app: whimsical minimally-animated art of various animals, with sound effects triggered by touch. As simple as it is, it gave my 16-month-old daughter about six weeks of regular happiness, and she would often ask for it. But the ten or so animals provided ten minutes of fun...then 7...then 3...and now she's rarely interested. In short: it's worth the price for how happy it made her, but don't expect months of fun.

Beautiful illustrations, simple to play. My daughter has loved this app since she was about 9 months. She's 20 months now, and usually more interested in more complex books and games, but she still comes back to this one. I love it for its simplicity; it's like a book with a few sounds added, no flashing lights, loud music, or spastic characters.
