Alcatraz prison is renowned for inspiring many films and books, and gained notoriety for housing such famous inmates as Al Capone, George ""Machine Gun"" Kelly, Alvin Karpis (Public Enemy #1), Robert Stroud and Arthur ""Doc"" Barker.
In Monument Builders: Alcatraz, oversee the construction of the most famous prison in the United States, while learning many other anecdotes along the way!
Help contractor Lloyd Andrews gather the resources needed to complete work on the prison. Manage your workers skillfully to finish the levels in time, while repelling attacks from Call Palone's hired thugs as they try to send your project to the bottom of the bay!

Frustrating, Repetitive

Gets very boring very quickly. Repetitive actions of similar type drags this game down. Most annoying: Unnecessarily difficult to attain three stars; takes the fun out of it. Given two stars for the fun and interesting history notes.
Jewel Power Ups Not Offered

Bought this game a few days ago. Impossible to get gold after about level 7 without jewel power ups, but no power ups offered at beginning of level. Don't buy until after next update.

I liked this game. It was a bit repetitive, and after the first 15 levels, it was nearly impossible to get three stars, but I still had fun playing it.

I was enjoying the game and got 3 stars on levels 1-10 but when I tried to upgrade it kept asking for my password multiple times but it never purchased the unlock. Please fix.

I like the facts about Alcatraz, and that's been one of my favorite parts of the monument builders games. However, after lvl 14, I do not see any way of getting 3 stars on levels. I read some reviews saying something about jewel power ups, but I don't see anything like that in the game..? Getting 2 stars is super easy, and there is a huge gap between 2 & 3 star times. So basically, it's impossible to get 3 stars, and it's almost impossible NOT to get 2 stars. This just adds up to a missed 5 star rating, and a boring game that lacks the adrenaline-filled competitiveness against the clock.

After a terrible time getting it to move past the first chapters, I am now unable to get level 32 to end. Even though I have finished all of the tasks, I never get the completion message so I can move on. I have made several attempts to contact tech support, but the website gives an error message and tells me to try later. I will give them a couple of days to respond. If nothing happens I will cease to download any of their games.
