Cool app!
Parent of a 3+ year old
Our daughter attends Montessori school. She enjoys this app especially the crossword format of it. The app seems to reinforce what she's doing in school with the hands-on activity that this app is based on. Thanks for doing a great job on it. The level of challenge is just right for her.
Audio flawed

I purchased this for my son, to assist in learning to read, after much claim for the app. Our audio has not worked, and I now feel this was a waste of money, as well as my time. Very unsatisfied. Would give it a 0 to show its unusefullness, but am not able to. Looks like it would be ok, but without the audio, it is not.

I used this with my low verbal AUT kids who can read a bit. Very motivating, not TOO stimulating, nice use of phonics, like that the picture comes with the word. My only two requests would be: 1. to be able to deselect words I don't want (what kid knows what a FAX machine is these days) 2. to be able to add my own words and photos Thanks so much for making this great app. :)

Thought this would be a great addition to our homeschooling curriculum but the app has no sound. Defeats the purpose and is a complete waste of money.

iOS 6.0.1 MC979LL. No sound, reloaded....No Sound. Switch next to volume button fixed.

Neat app if you have sound. However, iPad sound has never worked for me but iPhone does have sound and it's great - so conflicted about rating it. It's 4 stars if its fully functioning. How hard could it be to fix? A bit shocking that so many reviews say this yet still not fixed.

This app. Is fantastic!!! My children love to be on it and is helping reinforce letter-sound correspondence. Best app to teach your kids phonics and for emergent readers!!!
