I’m trying to open the app but it’s impossible. It freezes in the first screen (opening) and I cannot do anything. I’m trying to delete the app and reinstall. But it doesn’t work. The app support is not supportive. There isn’t any support. It’s a shame, the toy is good, the app is a trash. It doesn’t work in long distance, neither in a really short.

Long distance remote stopped working a few weeks ago. Cant use with partner, says my friend has left chat without sending to anyone. Please fix this.

Mine worked great for the first few weeks but not it won’t connect and I’m not sure if it’s the app or the toy but I’m very disappointed.

LOOK UP ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS the english instructions helped me just fine! so far the app has worked fine for me and i got mine off amazon/aliexpress. ive only had it for a day but theres been no issues (except exit out buttons not working but thats because of my phone type) bluetooth works good, it disconnects if you leave the app which they should fix if they can. long distance control works great ! your partner (or who else ever) doesnt even need the app, they just need a link !! from my experience so far, these reviews arent right. it works great !!
