To start things off, I totally support putting ads in games. I get it, it’s a way for the developer to make money off of a free game. However, this game, in my opinion, takes it a bit too far. As a first impression, I’d say it looks alright, I’d like to play it but I literally can’t. I open the app, ad. I get to the part that says “tap screen to continue” and tap it, ad. Then I get back to the part that says “tap screen to continue” so I tap it, ad. This repeats. I went through 4 ads before I said “enough” and closed the game. Edit: I’ve changed from 2 to 4 stars as I FINALLY, got the ads to go away. After starting up a new game, I think it’s a great game. The mechanics are pretty well thought out and unique, there is good monster variety, and an extensive tutorial that helps smooth out the learning curve. It’s overall better than I expected, great job.

i see in other reviews from three years ago the same thing was happening..lose all progress and thats it.update: i love the monster art and gameplay enough to start over. the dev contacted me which is reassuring. and worked the first day and the continue tab crashes the game everytime since.
Really need more games like this now adays

The game isn’t p2w like now a days. With an exception for a few. This game doesn’t even require purchases to complete the game. However, buying the full version of the game is required for pvp, but still it’s .99¢. Hardly a problem. Honestly it’s worth it if they would just make more of these games. They just need to implement some sort of costumes or something and they’ll get money. Doesn’t require all those iap for gears or upgrades. Good old times. If the dev no longer making it, hopefully they’ll release the codes/etc. I’d like to work on it a bit just for fun. Lol. Hate to see the game no longer updated. Even hate it more when eventually the game can’t be supported. Ugh.

Ok, so I have the iPad 1st generation, iOS 5.1.1, and yet whenever I open the game it crashes. Good thing is that's the only problem.

I was so excited because it looked like it was going to be a fun game. I spent alot of time reading and studying the whole game guide...started the actual game and all it does is crash! Tried reinstalling and everything but cant get past the quiz. Very disappointing.

I thought it crashed too, but after selecting an answer, look to the lower right corner. There is a faintly visible icon there. Click it to move forward. I want to like the game, but I am having a problem with combats - there does not seem to be a way to choose difficulty of fights - the just seem randomly generated. So, my weak characters keep getting knocked out in battle and never level up. Ideas?
