This is cute but for what it does it should be free. One scale, no option to change the sounds. No record? You must be kidding. There are dozens of free apps that let you do more. Just because this has cute little monsters doesn't help it much.
We got an iPad for the holidays and this program is definitely one of the funnier ones. It's so simple even I can enjoy it. We try to play Mary Had a Little Lamb and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. It's so cute! Do the monsters have names?
8 little monsters singing on a moon. Each monster sings a note and there you have an instruments made out of monsters, singing on a moon. Cute, simple, straight to the point. Worth the download!
The graphics for the monsters are so adorable. This keeps my 18-month old happy for hours. Can't say better than that!
Simplicity always seems to be the key with an app catching my daughter's eye. A lot of fun things to do on a single page (no swiping). Having monsters and things in space interact with her touches makes her smile. The hidden monsters were a nice touch, since she always would press the craters before. Great job!
My six-year old was instantly charmed. The monsters are cute. Their harmonies are pleasing. The lights, illuminating which note to play next, work nicely. The best part is the playback of voices feature. It's still a tad glitchy, the recording cuts off too soon, but if you blurt something out in time, the monsters very cutely sing it back to you, 1st as a group & then as you touch each one. To judge by past reviews, this app seems to have gotten more interesting with the last update. If you build in a good number of options for the kids, to adjust the sounds, change the colors, add effects, they'll play with the app for hours, & parents will notice. Otherwise, the kids will just move on to the next app.
