Worst game and never get new epic heroes

I am very disappointed on this game. I did used 1 of 10x, used 4 times with single draw( 1 time is used with 100% portal energy). Total is used 14 times with hero portal but still cannot get any new epic hero. This game is the worst game I never play before. I did email to the agent and complained about this game but never get a good answer and keep tell me try on the next draw. I paid $19.99 for crystals no epic hero to get and I did try again paid $9.99 for crystals and still never get the new epic. I am not happy and very disappointed on this game.

I like this game, but only on my phone. On my phone it works fine, but when I try to use my iPad with it it crashes before the game is even loaded. I've downloaded and re downloaded it a few times and nothing on my iPad. I'm sad, this game would cool if it didn't have so many problems.
Money hungry devs.

The devs took away so many free events and now all they seem to care about is money. The vast majority of events all have to do with money.
