Great ap, but not working

This is a great ap. I was trying it out and planning on purchasing it, but it hasn’t worked for the last couple of days. I’m not wanting to spend money on something that is unreliable.

After purchasing the lifetime option for $70, the app just crashes. Very disappointing.
Worthless
So much funnnnnn!
This app is worthless since the last update! I contact customer service but haven't heard from them. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still crashes. I can't get past it downloading! I want a refund! Spent a lot of money for it, now I only have an upset child!

This app has crashed three times. It literally gets to loading the information to run the program and then crashes. How is it supposed to help my child read if it will not load?!

I purchased it for my son to learn Englist， but it cannot be openned now. I tried to remove and reinstall it. And it stucked in checking and collection information for updating （step 3/4）. hope itcan be fixed soon.
It crashes (ipad mini 4) before even opening.

I bought the full program and changed my ipad and can no longer use this app since it crashes before I can even pulse “play”.
