Me parece buena app estaba funcionando percecto y luego hize un envio a diferente pais porq mi esposo es de otro país diferente al mio y pues me bloquearon mi cuenta y hace 7 meses la deje de usar y aun sigue bloqueada deberian mejorar eso

I always write the 2 last names, but sometimes MoneyGram just show 1 in the country of the receiver, so they cannot get the money.

Terrible customer service and inability to use website to send money. The rep kept telling me to change browsers which I did 4 times and the website still didn’t work.

It is unclear as to why a higher fee is charged than going to Walmart. Like the service but believe it can be less than the 10% charged for the transaction.

After living abroad and knowing many who still do made me aware of the various services. Not only is MG super easy to use... it is as fast and inexpensive as advertised. I rarely ever give a review with all stars... but MG deserves them.

Every time I go to check how much it will cost to send from one country to another a pop up appears stating “whoops, unknown server error”. Also when I try to convert from my region to another region it doesn’t even switch, it’s always GBP to GBP conversions. I have no confidence in sending money abroad when the app doesn’t even work correctly. Fix this garbage!
