Not working

This use to be my go-to finance app, but it stopped working on me a few days ago. I’ve tried restoring from iCloud & DrobBox with no luck, so I started all over from scratch, closed the app, then reopened the app to find all my data missing again! I’ve tried several transactions over the last few days and same thing happens, it doesn’t retain any of my data anymore, it just zeros out every time I close/reopen the app
Lost all of my data and horrible customer service

Whatever they did in their recent update, they erased all my data, which was supposedly backed up via iCloud, and their so-called customer service is rude and unhelpful, claiming they can’t help because they “don’t have access to my data” and don’t know what I did to cause this. Last I checked, blaming the customer is not the way to run a company. Their only solution was to “deactivate iCloud,” which obviously does not get my information back, and when I pointed out that is hardly a solution, their thoughtful customer service response was “it’s better than nothing.” If you value the security of your financial data, go elsewhere. I’ve used this app for years but no more.

Your version deleted my information from the app up to december. Where is my info for last 2 months? Its the second time f***ing up like that?
All my transactions for the past four months were erased after the last update!!

The app was working fine and it was awesome! After the last update I opened it to add a transaction I made and to my surprise all the transactions I’ve added for the past four months were erased! Nothing there! What’s going on? this is really devastating! I can’t even find a word to describe how I feel. But I’m completely disappointed. Update: opened the app again to find it’s even deleted everything I added in the past four months! Come on!!! - - - - [edit:] and again! After I thought it was fixed! Instead of a fee transactions miraculously disappearing all of my data just went missing!!! What is it with you guys? Is this really a “premium” app behavior?! This isn’t professional at all! One star and trust me, if there was any option available for a lesser rating I’d choose it in a heartbeat!
What happen to MoneyCoach Plus

Bought MoneyCoach Plus and I like it very much but after upgraded newer version I lost my data and now they took out MoneyCoach Plus out apple store. I have left many messages in their website but they never explain why MoneyCoach Plus is gone.

This app used to be the best finding tracking app out there but they keep trying to “improve” it so it’s lost it’s simplicity. It’s also increasingly buggy. I’m so disappointed that they didn’t stick with the clean front page they started with. Now there is a bunch of useless information on top and you have to scroll down to view your accounts. Maybe others like it more than me but my main reason for using it is it was fast and simple. P.S. I want my Net worth to be the first thing I see again. That kept me motivated.

This app is truly valuable and It made a huge difference on my personal finances. What’s more beautiful about it is the teamwork behind it, they’re doing excellent work and listening to their audience carefully. Well done ??

It Crashes infuriatingly often and when inputting a budget category it picks the wrong category. Had high hopes but until developer addresses these issues then this is clearly a firm no go for me — it needs to be functional.
