FINALLY a finance app that does what I need without extraneous features to complicate things

There seemed to be two types of apps in the category of account management. There were budget apps and checkbook register apps. I tried many apps and was very frustrated trying to find something to do both, and frequently found the setups very difficult and not flexible if you want to tweak something. Yes, Mint, I'm talking about you. This app does both VERY well and lets you be in complete control of how you set things up. It also doesn't have a bazillion features that are distracting or confusing. THANKS!!!!!! I wish the theme color could be changed but if that's the only complaint (and soooo first world- like all the complaints on here- "waaahhh, I have to tap an extra button!") you're doing great!

The modern day check register! Can easily see what bills are due on the calendar and what your balance is so you can cross reference with your bank. Can mark in checks that haven't cleared yet and see what your balance would be after they clear. This app has helped me get a grip on my money, debts, and bills. It's been a lifesaver to me. There's still even more that I could do with this app that I haven't even used yet and I'm already in love with it.

Do you wonder where you're really spending your money. Start tracking your purchases. The results are quite sobering. Since our children have left the nest my wife and I seem to eat out more or get take-away. Over the course of about three months, carefully tracking our purchases, the results were quite sobering. A lot of money was doled out just getting fast food. The app is great in that you can add categories and subcategories. For example, in the food category I have separated take-away, groceries and treats into subcategories. Income can be tract as well. Bank accounts can be separated just like the spending. My only beef is the income is combined with spending. From what I can tell there is not a way to keep them unattached, which would it easier for my methods. Weekly, monthly or annually a chart can be created to give you a clearer picture of the data. Your records can also be uploaded to the cloud but a desktop or laptop is needed to do this. And several devices can be synchronized together. I have tried other apps but I didn't like them. This is very user friendly. So save your receipts and know where money goes.

This app is fantastic. I love the fact I'm able to sync it and back it up to the cloud and the computer. Easy to use. Love it

The only feature that I wished it had was some sort of sharing or syncing. Otherwise best app out there for balancing your checkbook and bill payment monitoring.
