My favorite game, but Now Klondike game is missing several cards the last three games!!! Please fix this bug since I love this game. If fixed I would rate 5 stars! I am very frustrated! As much as I love simple standard Klondike solitaire, it is a real problem when the game can go no further due to missing cards. This has been happening periodically, not every time. Please fix this bug!

I originally left the review below several years ago when I got my iPad 3. Ambrosia didn't do anything about the problems Mondo had back then. Eventually, Apple "fixed" the problem by releasing much faster hardware and the game was once again playable, even if not perfect. Now, with the release of iOS 8, Mondo is becoming unplayable once again... Not because it's slow, it's not, but because some of the menus don't work, including the New Game menu! Fortunately, I've found a workaround; tap the Change Game button and hit Play, this seems to give you a new game, but is not a fix for the actual problem. I have invested over 10,000 games and almost 400 hours of play of into Mondo! I think it's the best solitaire out there for iOS, but if Ambrosia has no intention of fixing, or updating, Mondo, they need to make that clear to their customers and discontinue the game by pulling it from the App Store. Continuing to sell a game that's broken seems like a rip-off to me. What say you Ambrosia? -- I love this game and have been playing it for a long time, but on my new iPad (3), the game is very slow. Ambrosia mentions on their site that they know about the problem and are "looking into it", but that was on March 19th and nothing has been done since. Come on guys, please fix this soon!

Unusable!

This used to be my go to game. The menus are gone, the game locks up, etc. I deleted and reinstalled the game, shut down and restarted my iPad, nothing helps. Please fix this! The game is totally unusable.

After the iOS 8 upgrade, the menus don’t work, as noted below. This is by far my favorite solitaire game, but the developer hasn’t done much with it in years. I’m not sure that they’re still in business.

Update 2014-11-01: This WAS my favorite solitaire app. Bugs abound after iOS 8. Some menus are solid black and make the game unplayable. Have contacted Dev and they said they have no plans currently to update. Dev Fail! Don't buy. Very disappointed. App hasn't been updated since iOS 6. Original review: This is my favorite solitaire app. I have every version they make: iPhone, iPad and OS X. It's a great interface and simple. I don't play much more than the basic solitaire so I'd say a lot of the games offered are wasted on me. I like that they offer a version for every Apple platform because to me, when I find an app I like, I want it on all my platforms. That all being said, I cannot believe the app on the iPad still has non-retina graphics on the cards, other graphics and even the app icon. Come on dev's....it's 2014 and retina iPads have been around for years. Let's see an update! It also wouldn't hurt to add the double-tap feature from the iPhone to the iPad version. Not to mention a little more of a UI update for iOS 7. I have given this review two less stars than my full rating just for this reason. One star less for non retina and another for the fact that there' son excuse for bing this late to the update.
